After a successful transcript, you can review and copy searchable text. Depending on your account and deployment, downloads are available as:

- DOC for editable documents when enabled.
- PDF for a fixed, shareable copy when enabled.
Export files follow the same retention period as the transcript. Anonymous results expire within 24 hours; signed-in results expire within 7 days. Always check generated text and timing against the original video before publishing.
